James Wang is the go to person in Hornsby Mercedes. He always made time for us and helped us with all our car. He is very friendly and customer focused , helped in managing our bookings and change in requirements with no hesitation which is really amazing. Our experience at Mercedes-Benz Hornsby was one of the highlights of our year. 5 star service!!! As a Solicitor of the Supreme Court, I deal with many people on a daily basis, and these people are TRUE professionals. From the initial warm greetings of the lovely smiling Hannah at reception with offers of tea and coffee, to the interaction with the sales dream team of Andrew H and Rookie Marco (give this boy a pay-rise), to Ronny in Finance. Andrew and Marco were never pushy and always out for our best interests and going the extra mile to find the right car whilst Ronny explained the sums. The car was for my wife Kate, and we were not exactly sure which car we wanted, so we were completely out of our depth. After going to the dealership multiple times, I was surprised at how patient they were with us, and they even made my dog Coco feel welcome. Andrew was always in a great mood and willing to assist and young Marco displayed the poise of a true professional, both in manner and appearance. Ronny was also a pleasure to deal with. Well were to start... I know it is when everything is perfect! I run a Luxury Doggie Campervan adventure business and we were looking for a new top level van for our doggies. Both Angus and James were super helpful in making the decision to go with the MB Marco Polo. We could not be happier, perfect camper, drives like a sportscar and more importantly the dogs love it. Wow.. Wow Awesome customer Experience!!! Raymond Yau and Andrew Martin at Hornsby Mercedes-Benz was extremely helpful when I dropped my car for a major issue with Coolant thermostat and gear box water pump issue which I faced during my trip from Melbourne to Sydney. Raymond and Andrew went above and beyond to help me out with discount the final invoice payment amount and most importantly kept me up to date with the progress of the service by phone calls and I greatly appreciate the high standard of customer service was provided.
